4. Our Services
We provide property management and coordination services for overseas owners. The specific scope of any engagement will be agreed with you before we begin, and may be set out in a separate agreement or confirmation.
We will carry out our Services with reasonable care and skill. Some matters, such as the outcome of a dispute, a transaction, or a legal process, depend on factors outside our control, and we cannot guarantee any particular result.
5. No Legal Advice or Representation
We are a property management firm, not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Where a matter requires legal work, we coordinate with and liaise with Third-Party Professionals on your behalf.
Any legal advice or representation is provided directly by those independent professionals under their own terms, and they are responsible for the legal services they provide. Information on our website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice.

We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or advice of any Third-Party Professional.
9. Fees & Payment
Our fees for the Services will be agreed with you before we begin. Our fees are separate from any fees charged by Third-Party Professionals, which are your responsibility and payable directly to them or as otherwise agreed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable in accordance with the terms set out in your engagement or invoice.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Pak Property Guardian Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
